Pure Chinese Tea’s satisfaction guarantee
At Pure Chinese Tea, we really want you to be completely satisfied with both our products and our service to you. We only sell teas that we ourselves drink and so are confident that you will like whatever you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with anything that you’ve bought with us, you can return it to us within 15 days. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will either give you a refund or exchange it for another item at you request.
To apply for a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products that you would like to return to us. We will reply you within 2 working days with the instructions for returning goods.
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless products are faulty/broken). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
3. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Undeliverable packages aren’t eligible for full refunds, given that we’ve correctly stated your shipping address. In such case, we’ll only offer a partial refund if the undeliverable packages has been returned. The partial refund will be determined based on the following formula: order value – actual shipping cost – return shipping fees.
5. For certain countries the local post office might require you to pickup the parcel at a specified location. If you reject or decide not to pickup the parcel, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
