Marc –
A very fresh and light tasting green tea, like spring dew. The dry leaf is beautiful and brewing this tea is a treat. A fresh, slightly nutty and floral aroma gives way to a sweet, mild-flavored infusion reminiscent soy milk and floral nectar. Overall an exceptionally pleasant tea that lasts many infusions. Reminds me of a very low oxidation white tea.

Very subtle and balanced, fresh and floral, with a “silky” texture. It’s my favourite teavivre green tea for gong fu cha.
