Longjing tea, also known as West Lake Dragon Well tea, is named after its production region – Longjing Village of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
West Lake Dragon Well tea is a green tea characterized by its green color, delicate aroma, mellow taste and beautiful shape.
The five main production regions are Lion Peak (Shi Feng) Mountain, Longjing Village, Five Cloud (Wuyun) Mountain, Tiger Running (Hupao) Temple and Meijiawu.

Brewing Instructions
- Tea leaf: 3-5 g / 0.10-0.17 oz
- Water temperature: 80-90 °C/176-194 °F
- Prepare a glass cup or Gaiwan and 5 g of tea leaves
- Put tea leaves into glass cup and pour hot water (80-90°C) into the cup until it is 70% full
- Steep for 2 – 3 minutes
