Biluochun is a Chinese green tea. Its name literally means Green Snail Spring. This is because its tightly rolled leaves resembles snail meat, and it is harvested in spring. Biluochun is characterized by its beautiful shape, color, delicate aroma and mellow taste.

Brewing Instructions
- Tea leaf: 3 -5 g / 0.10-0.17 oz
- Water temperature: 80-90 °C / 176-194 °F
- Prepare a glass cup or Gaiwan and 5 g of tea leaves
- Put tea leaves into glass cup and pour 80-90 °C water into the cup until it is 70% full
- Steep for 2 – 3 minutes

They’re really pretty green with those white fuzzy hairs. I steeped it for about 1.5 minutes for my first cup. The liquor is light green/yellowish and it reminded me somehow of white wine. The leaves look so delicate after steeping that I almost wanted to eat them, but I resisted.
