Our Jasmine tea is obtained from Heng county which is located in Guangxi Province in China. Even though Heng County is small in size, Jasmine has been grown there for the last 400 years. More than 60% of the world’s supply of Jasmine comes from Heng County.
This photo was taken at the foot of a mountain in Heng County. The jasmine plant is grown organically without the use of any fertilizers. The best time for harvesting Jasmine is between the months of July and September. Jasmine takes a long time to bloom and can bloom anytime between March to October.
